Home Cinema

Comet had identified the opportunity to create an authoritative home cinema offer built around demonstration. By mapping the customer journey, an ideal format, sales process and customer experience was agreed, influencing the design direction. The physical area was designed to represent the comfort of owning home cinema within a contemporary home and the full concept applied at a 50,000sq ft store in Solihull.

The Living room sub-brand was devised to support this idea and following on, other parts of the store were organised around The Study and The Kitchen.
